I am addicted to making shirts and dresses from old t-shirts now!!! These aren't the best pictures, but I just couldn't wait until the rain stopped (if it ever does) to take good ones. I made this for Amelia today.
I got this shirt for myself for $3.00 at Walmart. I never liked how it fit me, so I recycled it into Amelia's favorite new shirt.

So so so cute!!
Love the recycled shirts!! Cute!
Oh, my! Is that serger work? I can't imagine my plain old sewing machine being able to do that.... Very cute, AND comfy looking.
Those shirts-turned-dresses are awesome Kim! What a great idea. Hmmm...I may have an old college shirt that needs some repurposing. I'll let you know.
I love it!!!!

I have a shirt I want to save. It shrunk after I washed it. I was so sad. I have no idea how to do this, but maybe I'll figure it out. Or maybe not.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this. I want a serger! I need to figure out how to get away and come sew with you. I miss you, the girls miss your kids, and it has been WAY too long!
Hi again - totally reading all your old posts and loving it here! You HAVE to make more of these darling tops and sell them in your Etsy shop - they are so very cool! I would buy one in a heartbeat. Scratch that - I would buy TEN in a heartbeat. Get sewin', girl!
