Remember last month when I introduced you to Fluffy Cheeks?
Well, the awesome folks over there sent me a Flip diaper to review.
I have tried about every cloth diaper out there, so I was very excited to try one I hadn't seen yet.
I really like the Flip Diaper.
It is a cover with an insert that just lays in it. This is great for a quick change, or if you are going to be out and about. It is trim and easy to use. It reminds me a bit of the Bummis Super Snap Wrap, but is one size and I love that. It will fit both my newborn and 2 1/2 year old. Love not having to have a lot of different size covers laying around. It makes diaper changes especially easier for Jeremy, who never knows whose is whose when it comes to anything related to the kids!
They come with 2 different options for the liner - a stay dry insert and an organic insert. The one pictured above is the organic insert. I have also used my prefolds in it and it works great.
I love how absorbent the liners both are, and the stay dry one really does just that, stay dry. Libby wore a stay dry liner with another cloth diaper to bed one night, and when she woke up in the morning, her skin was just moist. Color me impressed!
My friends at Fluffy Cheeks want to share the love with one of you and are giving a $25 gift certificate to their store.
That is such a great deal, you could get some great diapering supplies with $25!
To enter, go on over to Fluffy Cheeks and look around. Come back and tell me what you would get with your $25.
For additional entries you can:
1. Tweet about this giveaway and be sure to include @prairiemama in your tweet so I can see it :)
2. Subscribe to my blog
3. Go Like Fluffy Cheeks on Facebook
You may enter as many times as you like, I like to stack the odds in favor of those who work for it ;) Remember to leave 1 comment for each entry, or you will only be entered once.
Contest will run through Wednesday, April 6 at 9 pm CDT.
Good luck my cloth diapering lovelies!
*I was given a Flip cover, 2 stay dry inserts and 2 organic inserts to assist me in my review. However, the words, as always, are mine and can't be bought.

I went to the site and this is what I know: If I won, I'd have you hold my hand in choosing. Overwhelmed with choices!

ReplyDeleteSince I haven't started using cloth yet, I'd start with the basics!
ReplyDeleteI've never been to their shop before! I cloth diaper by 2 month old, but I've been wondering how I would manage to keep doing it when we visit my grandpa this summer at the beach. I'd definitely love to try the swim diapers they offer!

ReplyDeletei'd try a fuzzi bunz. we've used prefolds and mother-ease mostly, but after 3.5 years, things are starting to wear, and i'm liking simple pockets/AIOs for my wiggly toddler.
ReplyDeleteI would use it to get a FuzziBunz!

ReplyDeleteI'm currently using gdiapers with my own homemade inserts, and I really like them a lot. I rarely have any leaks as long and they are quite trim too.
ReplyDeleteI've also sewn some pocket diapers that I really liked, using the Chloe Toes pattern.
ReplyDeleteI have another diaper pattern that is nearly identical to the Good Mama diapers you showed me, and it was pretty easy to make I just need to make some covers so my baby can actually wear it.
ReplyDeleteThanks again for your help and advice on cloth diapering Kim, I am really enjoying using them with my wee little babe.
ReplyDeletehttp://twitter.com/KariBooMeeker/status/54953908744892416
ReplyDeleteoh i LOOVE goodmamas - i just got some the other day, although i'll probably never be able to find them again since they sell out so quickly :)

ReplyDeleteOMG Fluffy Cheeks is in Alexandria!!!! When Hubby was in the military (just got out in december) we lived in that area! LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteAND it turns out he just got a job offer to go BACK to eastern virginia!!! I've been praying for a cloth diaper store to be nearby (maybe that' weird to pray for)...
ReplyDeleteMy diaper sprayer arrived today, Hooray! My husband had it hooked up in less than 10 minutes, and I put it to immediate use since I was right in the middle of changing a stinky diaper. Definitely a little piece of heaven in the bathroom.
ReplyDeleteFor me, life is so much better WITH a dipaer sparayer than without, that is for sure!

ReplyDeleteI would choose one of the swim diapers! Those things are so hard to find in stores!

ReplyDeletehttp://twitter.com/KariBooMeeker/status/55465325654835200
ReplyDeleteI think little miss has outgrown the current size gdiapers I have her in, she leaked all day today. No matter how often I changed her, she had a leak.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I need to move her to the next size up? But I am contemplating going straight over to Flip diapers instead. Hmm, not sure.
ReplyDeleteUsing a one size diaper like the Flip would be nice, then I wouldn't have to worry about my baby growing out of her diapers.
ReplyDeleteBut I wonder if the one size feature would reduce it's trim fit. I wish I had a store closer to me where I could shop in real life and actually see these different diapers in real life, not just online. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteI guess I should sew some new pocket diapers in the mean time. I just have to find the time to do it. That's the hardest part these days with a new babe.
ReplyDeleteI would get some Bummis Super Brite covers!
